Who Are We?

We are a small dedicated design company who enjoys helping others realize and achieve their dreams – wherever those dream may be or take us. George and Tonya, together, have over 50-years of design experience – designing residential and commercial buildings, churches and orphanages, and are both licensed Professional Engineers.

George, shown in the picture near the top of Kelso sand dunes in California, focuses on the structural, mechanical and electrical portions of the project.

While Tonya, shown in the picture at the Botanical Gardens in Virginia Beach, focuses on the exterior and interior aesthetics of the projects.
